XOEN is a manufacturing prototyping company and produces stainless steel accessories. They love to be precise in technology with mechanical components so they can improve industrial solutions with upcoming technologies. XOEN works with projects in their workshop located in Shijak.
What was the challenge?
XOEN saw a need for solutions in the Albanian and Balkan markets as companies are having huge problems with new technologies and developing those technologies. After filling this gap, they successfully worked on a project, assisted, and produce for clients in the global market such as the US, Canada, and Italy. Until now they are a team of three engineers and make solutions in real life from mechanical to electrical and electronic.
What is the solution?
XOEN takes the time to discuss with its customers their ideal solution and then they create concepts that can improve their business processes. They project in 3D all mechanical components and test them in ideal circumstances. 3D simulation shows if the product is ready for production or not. They continue with producing and testing prototyping parts and analyzing how to produce more efficiently, and then discuss with clients for details.
After all of this process, they continue to produce all systems and specifications that the clients require.
Their upcoming projects are in collaboration with Estonia and Germany. Of course, their products are available for the Albanian market but they want to expand their capacities and machines and increase research and development, step by step.
