Our group from Albania just returned to Tirana with the best memories from our visit to Maribor and Slovenia. We had so many exciting moments, bonding and learning from each other. There was a perfect synergy among us, and we shared countless ideas at this significant regional event.
One thing we all agreed on: Albania needs a bigger presence at these events. More Albanian startups, investors, and established businesses should be there, sharing their stories and expertise. We need to see more of our people on stage, in exhibitions, and during networking sessions.
From a startup perspective, the event was fantastic. We had the chance to meet with angel investors and venture capitalists who were incredibly accessible. It was fascinating to see many startups that were spin-offs from university research projects, laying the groundwork for the next generation of businesses.
And let’s not forget the fun we had! Fun is important because it helped us connect better and form new friendships and professional relationships. This trip was not just about business; it was about building a community and enjoying every moment together.
