Today the Albanian E-Commerce Association (AECA) had the honor to host a very specific panel on how to build trust on business environment. Among the panelists, Mrs. Delina Ibrahimaj, the Minister for Entrepreneurship and Business Climate explained the reforms undertaken by the AlbanianGovernment to improve the BusinessClimate with a special focus on DigitalTransition and supporting schemes for startups which are mainly in the tech companies. On the other side ๐— ๐—ฟ. ๐—ฆ๐˜๐—ฒ๐—ฝ๐—ต๐—ฎ๐—ป ๐—๐—ผ๐˜€๐˜€, the leader of Helvetas Private Sector team in Albania emphasized the communication among business and Government as the success key for the mutual build restoration and a good business climate in the country. Other panelists Mr. Epi Ludvik and Mr. Davide Barbieri brought in front of the participants the importance of having trust on us and creating positive vibes as a good bridge to build with consumers, especially vital for the online sellers. Las but not least, Mr. Artan Gjergji, the Secretary General of the AECA explained the work done by this young association to fight again informality very present within online sales business. Trustmark, as a consumer trust instrument shall be issues only to businesses which comply with the legally framework and indicators necessary for a standardized OnlineBusiness, by trying to restore trust to the domestic OnlineBuyers.
