It seems that market innovations will bring technology companies into traditional retail industries as well. Currently, a new ‘Retail’ concept has just started in Tirana from the largest online sales company in Albania, Aladini.al.
Apart from the fact that the first Omni-Channel store is a concept where online sales are mixed with the traditional one, Aladini has thought of an even more unique adaptation as a result of the unique needs of the Albanian market with online sales.
The new concept is a novelty in the market. It will function as a point for creating events focusing on the products that Albanians use.

The first week starting on April 17th will focus on "Cool" products on the market, where the brands that have these products will allow the consumer to try them, and at the same time, with expert's help will have the opportunity to understand their benefits. Next week will be focused on products for a healthier life. The third week will be focused on "Outdoor" products for nature lovers and so on.
Meanwhile, all offers and products will be accessible online on the platform www.aladini.al, and the customer will have the opportunity to order it online and physically withdraw it or order it in the store. You can buy it online and physically return it, and such mixes. This is the Omni-Channel concept that for the first time comes in its full version by Aladini.
