A session that reveals how YouTube really works—beyond views, beyond the algorithm—toward lasting impact and genuine audience engagement.
Most marketers know how to buy views. But very few understand how to earn them.
In this talk at the AllWeb Conference, Aleksandar “Kojot” Ašković will demonstrate how watch time, audience retention, and algorithmic signals are the real keys to visibility. He will help participants understand how YouTube can be used not just as a publishing channel but as an intelligent system for discovery, engagement, and conversions.
Drawing on real-world campaigns from EuroLeague, Sport Klub, and Balkan Trip, Aleksandar will explain how to analyze performance beyond view counts, structure videos to maximize the first 30 seconds, and use Shorts, polls, and community posts to build lasting relationships with audiences.
This session blends SEO strategy, creativity, and analytics—equipping marketers with the tools to move from content creation to YouTube mastery.
