The AllWeb Conference successfully concluded its 8th edition yesterday in Tirana — the largest event in Albania dedicated to digital marketing, innovation, and entrepreneurship. Over 300 industry professionals gathered to share experiences, ideas, and practices shaping the future of the digital landscape.

The program opened with an inspiring message from organizers Gerti Boshnjaku and Darko Buldioski, who emphasized the importance of regional collaboration and spreading digital knowledge across the Balkans.

The opening keynote was delivered by Jonika Hoomes, former Google Manager, who offered a practical perspective on how global giants use AI to enhance innovation processes. She was followed by Diego Pisa, Director of Teleperformance Albania & Italy, who shared real-world examples of AI applications in customer service and business operational efficiency.

Next, Anja Nikolovska highlighted the importance of media monitoring and user behavior analysis, emphasizing the role of data in building effective communication strategies. Aleksandar Ašković then explored the power of YouTube as a communication and monetization channel in emerging markets.

After the first break, the stage welcomed Barbara Slade Jagodić, who shared the latest SEO strategies and how AI can be leveraged for content optimization. Vesna Mardonovic continued with insights into media behavior and audience engagement in the digital era.

A thought-provoking conversation followed with Andreas Wil Gerdes and Lumjana Shehu on “Digital Life,” focusing on how technology can help people live better, not just faster. Yoad Mick later delivered one of the day’s most dynamic presentations, discussing the creation of advanced user experiences through AI and automation.

In the afternoon, Blerina Sanocki Dhima opened the third session with a talk on managing business through sustainable innovation and creative culture. She then joined a discussion with Jonika Hoomes and Ledi Imeraj — moderated by the latter — titled “Lessons from the Valley,” sharing valuable takeaways from the Silicon Valley innovation ecosystem.

Nikola Ilchev followed with an analysis of upcoming e-commerce trends and the impact of “AI Agents” on online shopping, while Kaido Kukk from IUTE Bank presented a regional perspective on the evolution of digital payments. Finally, Valon Canhasi, founder of Hallakate, closed the day by sharing his experience of leading a marketing agency in the age of AI and the importance of balancing human creativity with technological power.
