Since our first interview, the Dialogo platform and its innovative model, Bleta, have reached a new level of development. With an extraordinary commitment to technological improvement and the automation of daily tasks, Dialogo has not only gained recognition in prestigious programs such as Uplift but has also expanded into international markets such as Italy, Germany, and Switzerland. In this interview with founder Klei Aliaj, we will uncover the platform’s progress, its growing challenges, and ambitious plans for the future.

How has Dialogo changed since our first interview? What major progress have you made since then?
Our last interview was about the Dialogo platform and one of our products, Bleta, which is the first language model not only in Albania but also in the Balkans for local or native languages. During this period, we further developed this model and released its code source in an open-source format, allowing others to use and further develop it. Additionally, we created the chatbot version of the model, which can be used by people and further developed to meet various needs.

What are some of the key achievements you have marked during this period?
In 2024, we achieved several key milestones. We were declared winners in the Uplift accelerator program and also received financial support from Grant24. Furthermore, we have established several key partnerships with international companies, which have helped us expand our services and opportunities into new markets.

How has the demand for Dialogo services evolved in the Albanian and international markets?
In the Albanian market, the demand for Dialogo services has started to grow, but it is still relatively limited, as there is not enough awareness among Albanian companies. However, this is gradually changing and is increasing day by day. Meanwhile, in international markets, especially in countries such as Italy, Germany, and Switzerland, the demand for our services has increased significantly, allowing us to collaborate with numerous companies that are part of the European Union.

Have you added any new features to the Dialogo platform or the Bleta model that were not part of the initial product?
Yes, during 2024, Dialogo has evolved and added several new features. One of the most important features is AI-driven computer automation. Now, users can give a “command,” and the computer starts to act autonomously, navigating the system to execute the initial instructions. This process can be used to automate various tasks performed on a computer, such as automatic report writing, email management, automation of repetitive administrative processes, and more.

How is Dialogo improving its performance to address more advanced client needs?
Dialogo aims to fill the gap and the need that clients and businesses have to automate daily tasks and increase efficiency. For this, we are constantly working with feedback from our clients and adapting the platform to the latest developments in AI. We have enhanced Bleta’s performance to address more advanced needs by offering opportunities for model training with private data and optimizing solutions for automating more complex processes.

What have been some of the major challenges you have faced recently?
One of the biggest challenges we have faced recently is the expansion of Dialogo into several new markets, especially in European countries such as Italy and Germany, where our main focus lies. This expansion has required considerable investment in resources and efforts to adapt our services and products to the specific demands of different markets.

How do you plan to develop Dialogo in the coming months or years? Do you have any specific projects or expansions in mind?
In the coming months and years, we plan to develop Dialogo by adding more features and opportunities for clients. We also aim to further expand our presence in international markets, particularly in Europe and America, and establish new strategic partnerships. A special project we have planned is the integration of more automation capabilities for daily tasks for individuals and large businesses, thus improving their efficiency and productivity.
