Through his social connections in the technology field, he found a company that offered opportunities to work in his newfound passion. This was an opportunity Henri couldn't pass up. His dedication and programming talent were recognized in the new company, and he became part of their team. Due to his family's international connections and ties to Italy, transitioning to a new life in Italy was not difficult for Henri. He is satisfied with the path he has taken and is happy with the success he has achieved in his new career.
For Henri, challenges are always a source of motivation. He has a strong desire to achieve success and is not afraid to challenge himself. At the Polytechnic University of Milan, where grades are converted on a scale of 110/110, Henri received "lode" (highest honors) for his outstanding performance in studies, surpassing the highest possible grade. Despite being content with his success, he also has a fear of complacency, which fuels his desire to achieve more in the future.
Coming from a family of intellectuals, Henri had a rich background in science and education. His mother has been a professor at the Agricultural University for over 40 years, while his father is an engineer. This rich background in knowledge allowed Henri to develop a great curiosity for science and technology from his childhood. In school, Henri demonstrated high potential in engineering and technology, inspired by his father, who was an engineer.
An important aspect of Henri's personality is his insatiable thirst for knowledge. He is not accustomed to following a set path for school or career; instead, he has the freedom to explore and pursue his passions. This freedom has allowed him to engage in sports, including the gym and martial arts, rewarding him not only with a healthy body but also with the ability to overcome challenges.
For Henri, work is a way to explore the world and learn new things. He believes that school is necessary, but skills and dedication are what help you become a true professional. "One piece of advice I would give, which I give to every young person who comes to the office, is that there is a certain number of hours a person spends on a specific job, without putting a number on them because they are relative, but you can work 1 hour a day and become a professional after 10 years, or you can dive into the job from the beginning and become a professional in what you undertake very quickly (of course, this must be done) and there is no second way for this," is the advice Henri gives.
