Today, EU Presence officially launched on Product Hunt, introducing a platform designed to help companies outside the European Union expand and operate in Europe without the usual legal and operational complexity.
Expanding into the EU often requires navigating multiple regulatory frameworks such as GDPR, the AI Act, DSA, and NIS2, while also dealing with challenges like hiring across different countries, setting up EU entities, and managing compliance across 27 markets.
EU Presence brings all of this into one platform.
The company describes the product as “your European digital HQ in a box”, offering services such as EU regulatory representation, privacy and compliance automation, hiring infrastructure, and EU company formation.
“Our goal is simple,” said Albi Zhulali, founder of EU Presence. “We want to make the €20T European market accessible to startups everywhere. Too many companies delay or avoid expanding to Europe because of regulatory complexity. We built EU Presence to remove that barrier.”
The platform already offers tools such as a free EU compliance scanner, automated privacy request management, and EU representation for regulations including GDPR and the Digital Services Act.
With the Product Hunt launch, EU Presence is inviting founders and builders from around the world to try the platform and share feedback.
EU Presence is currently focused on helping U.S. startups and global tech companies enter and operate in the European market more easily.
