Startup Grind Tirana is pleased to welcome Silvana Kulla, the CEO & Founder of Si-Mac Group, a revolutionary business specializing in the import of machinery of wood, glass, and stone manufacturing. It consists of the sale of this technology, its maintenance, and consultancy for branch expansion and staff training.

During the event, Silvana will share her brave entrepreneurship journey with our community. In 2016, Silvana co-founded Si-Mac Kosovo and went to co-found Si-Mac Macedonia in 2021. Silvana is also the founder of Nots Center, Korean Cosmetics, and Si-Mac Training Center, an academy for staff training on the technologies that Si-Mac operates.

Silvana has followed her studies in Australia and Italy. She commutes between Albania and Italy. Silvana has been part of many different trainings in sales, marketing, management, and leadership, in different countries such as the USA, London, Amsterdam, by trainers like Brian Tracy and Tony Robbins.
