Facilitator Bio:  Chris Allen is founder and managing director of “Always About People” based in Charlotte, North Carolina.  Before launching his own consulting firm, in 2015, Chris took on the role of Chief Talent Officer at Movement Mortgage, steering the ship through explosive growth from 1,500 to over 4,000 employees. His responsibilities spanned recruiting, training, development, culture, and HR.
