The Internship & Employment Program by B4Students is dedicated to those who aim high, have the ambition to become a professional, in market leaders companies, and offer employment opportunities based on performance.

The program is organized in partnership with the BALFIN Group and its companies, which welcome yearly the selected students to carry out their professional practice on job profiles related to the studies, for 3 months. At the end of the program, you will be provided with certificates, as evidence of any professional purpose.

Such an experience with the BALFIN Group means being part of one of the most important investment groups in the Western Balkans region, with activity in 8 countries and 9 industries with over 6000 employees in total, which are characterized by the highest working standards, the innovative spirit, passion and commitment to success.

To proceed with your application, you must select “your team” in the job category you are interested in and apply for the vacancy, companies, and industries you prefer. For the second half of the year, the companies will provide the practice in September – December. Are you ready?
