He advises twenty companies, including HelloSign, Swarm (acquired by Integral Ad Sciences), Balanced Payments (acquired by Stripe), and many others. Moreover, Zach is a serial entrepreneur. He was the co-founder and CEO of Triggit, an ad tech company. At Triggit, he raised over $25 million in venture capital and exited in 2015 to LinkedIn and another financial buyer. He led Triggit from 2005 to 2015, growing it from 4 to 60 employees and generating over $30 million in revenue.

Stevica Kuharski, Partner at Fil Rouge Capital

Stevica has an outstanding track record as a developer and serial founder. His ventures include Habbits, Locodels, and Alamo, among many others. He is deeply involved in the Croatian startup scene. In 2012, with support from the US Embassy and later organizational support from STEP Ri, he founded Startup Camp—a program for early-stage startups. Through this program, dozens of new businesses have successfully raised $2.2 million.

Francesco Cracolici is the CEO of Nomadic Minds and leads the EBRD’s StarVenture Program. Throughout his illustrious career, Francesco has raised over $4 billion, created more than $20 billion in company value, and collaborated with notable figures such as the White House, the King of Jordan, and the King of Morocco. He actively invests in companies across the Balkans, Ukraine, and North Africa. Previously, Francesco founded two companies, achieved a successful exit, and managed a Silicon Valley-based accelerator. His expertise and extensive network make him a key player in the startup ecosystem.
