“The road to success” is an annual training program where more than 16,000 take part since 20I6, organized as part of social responsibility and contribution to the community. Conceived as an experiential training event, this program was created after numerous requests from individuals and community members near businesses and local enterprises, to benefit from the knowledge, models, and practices of successful ones created and treated during the activity of Agna Leadership Academy.
