Plug and Play Expo 2026 Comes to Tirana on 7–8 October
Plug and Play Expo 2026 will take place on 7–8 October 2026 at the Pyramid of Tirana – Innovation Hub, bringing together promising startups, entrepreneurs, investors, business leaders and institutional representatives to celebrate innovation and entrepreneurship in Albania and across the Balkan region.
Over the two-day event, participating startups from the Plug and Play programme will showcase their achievements, while visitors will have the opportunity to discover the latest technological innovations and projects emerging from the region’s growing innovation ecosystem.
A total of 22 startups from the programme’s second cohort will take the stage to present their ideas, products and solutions through pitches and live demonstrations. The projects span a wide range of sectors, including HealthTech & Wellness, ConTech, DesignTech & Logistics, DeepTech, GovTech & Public Safety, AI-powered B2B SaaS solutions, Marketplace & E-Commerce, and Mobility Tech.
The programme will also feature talks by international experts, fireside chats, panel discussions, and dedicated sessions covering artificial intelligence, fintech, healthcare, edtech and future trends. Additional activities will focus on promoting innovation among young people and exploring emerging technologies.
The event will also offer curated networking sessions, exclusive meetings between investors and startups, as well as social and VIP activities following the official programme.
Plug and Play Expo 2026 is organised with the support of the Albanian-American Development Foundation (AADF), INGroupe, the Municipality of Tirana, the Pyramid of Tirana and Innovation Hub.
The organisers invite everyone interested in innovation, technology and entrepreneurship to be part of the event, which aims to showcase the potential and growing strength of Albania’s and the wider region’s innovation and entrepreneurial ecosystem.
