Ana Draskovic highlighted the role of cardless payments in boosting agrotourism. “Digital payments simplify transactions, reduce the grey economy, and help increase tax revenues,” she said, calling for expanded payment networks and better financial literacy in Albania.
👉Elira Kokona – Albanian Investment Corporation Executive Director
Elira Kokona discussed EXPO Albania, a project set to impact 13,000 people. “The development will offer a 15-20% return on investment, benefiting both public and private sectors,” Kokona noted.
👉Pavle Bezmarevic – Project Manager at Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ)
Pavle Bezmarevic shared Serbia’s success with cashless payments and how this model could be replicated in Albania. “Digital solutions can drive economic growth and attract investment,” he explained.
