The Women on Boards Albania (WOB-AL) Center is an organization dedicated to advancing Albanian women in leadership and enhancing their positive role in corporate governance, both within and beyond Albania. In line with its mission, WOB-AL offers excellent opportunities for individuals who are passionate and committed to this cause.
Currently, we are seeking professionals for three key roles on the Center’s Governing Board:
1. Board Member – Chair of the Financial Committee
The Chair of the Financial Committee is an integral part of the Governing Board, playing a crucial role in:
- Designing the organization’s financial strategy;
- Overseeing the responsible use of financial resources;
- Supporting strategic decision-making and fundraising initiatives;
- Identifying and pursuing various funding sources necessary for the Center’s operations.
This role is ideal for individuals with experience in finance and fundraising for non-profit organizations, aligned with the Center’s strategic priorities.
2. Board Member – Chair of the Fundraising Committee
In this role, the Chair of the Fundraising Committee will:
- Develop strategies to secure sustainable financial support for WOB-AL;
- Collaborate with donors, sponsors, and strategic partners;
- Build valuable networks and represent the organization at public events;
- Identify and pursue various funding sources essential for the Center’s operations.
This position requires exceptional fundraising skills and experience in building donor relationships in alignment with the Center’s strategic priorities.
3. Board Member – Chair of the Marketing Committee
The Chair of the Marketing Committee plays a strategic role in:
- Developing and implementing marketing strategies to enhance WOB-AL’s visibility and impact;
- Collaborating with partners and sponsors to support the organization’s initiatives;
- Building relationships with stakeholders to promote our mission;
- Identifying and pursuing various funding sources necessary for the Center’s operations.
This role is suitable for professionals with experience in PR and marketing for non-profit organizations and fields aligned with the Center’s strategic priorities.
