Using the power of the internet they provide detailed information for every product so their customers can easily decide what is best for them. Their team is constantly improving, to serve with maximum flexibility and the biggest data available. 

What was the challenge?

They saw the potential that Albania had to adapt to the new world, but the old businesses weren’t making any changes in this direction. So Aladini’s team decided to try and do it better and with the help of e-commerce, they escalated easily in different markets.

What is the solution?

Aladini decided to turn their physical products into digital ones and select the best products from the huge range of possibilities that already existed in the market. They focused on making it less time-consuming, with clear and measurable processes and the integration of Microsoft Dynamics that could be increased continuously and connected to other systems. They build a system that is home to 300 categories with more than 20 000 products available and can process 400-2000 daily orders. They now own 5 e-commerce stores and 3 blogs, 5 Youtube channels, and more than 5 live events on their social networks. 

Their short-term plan is to increase their operations to Macedonia, Kosovo, and create their private label brands dedicated to online sales worldwide.
