As an innovative talent acquisition platform developed under the Innovation Management Academy Albania (IMAA) with the support of RECONOMY, TalentsLink has successfully streamlined the hiring process, enhanced employer visibility, and provided young professionals with career-enhancing opportunities. The focus throughout the year has been on developing a strong digital recruitment ecosystem, expanding outreach efforts, and equipping talents with essential skills to improve employability.

The platform integrated a sophisticated applicant tracking system, SEO-optimized job postings, and advanced data analytics to help businesses assess hiring trends and candidate engagement. Companies were provided with dedicated profiles where they could showcase their work culture and employment opportunities, while talents had access to a seamless application process, personalized job recommendations, and skill-enhancement resources.

Throughout the year, TalentsLink organized multiple training sessions and capacity-building initiatives designed to equip talents with essential workplace competencies. Five major training sessions were conducted at leading educational institutions, focusing on green and soft skills, empowering participants with the knowledge necessary to thrive in a competitive job market. Career development coaching was offered to young professionals to refine their CVs, improve interview techniques, and develop effective job search strategies. A new marketing strategy will be implemented, emphasizing personal success stories and the human impact of the platform. Regional expansion efforts in Kosovo and North Macedonia will continue, strengthening cross-border employment opportunities. Moreover, two follow-up surveys will be conducted to gather feedback from talents and companies, ensuring that TalentsLink remains responsive to market needs. Additionally, specialized networking events will be organized to create stronger connections between employers and job seekers, reinforcing the platform’s role as a leader in talent acquisition and career development.

With a strong foundation established in 2024, TalentsLink is poised to build on its successes and drive even greater impact in the coming year.
