On September 10, 2025, the Pyramid of Tirana will turn into the epicenter of innovation and opportunities as it hosts Tech Career Day 2025. The event, organized by Protik, Innovation Hub, 42 Tirana, and AADF, will bring together the most promising technology students with some of the most renowned local and international companies.
This year’s edition will feature major industry players such as: Facilization, Deloitte, Smartwork, Asystems, Vodafone, Ritech, LOGISTIQO, Lufthansa Industry Solutions, Division 5, Cardo AI, ATIS, and Tegeria.
The event will kick off with presentations from participating companies, who will share their work culture and concrete opportunities for employment and internships. Afterwards, students will take part in professional “speed dating” sessions, where they will introduce themselves to recruiters and technical experts, exchange CVs, and build valuable career connections.
A highlight of the day will be the presentation of the best student projects from the Protik coding academy, showcasing their practical skills and creativity in front of industry experts. This format will serve as tangible proof of the growing potential within Albania’s tech community.
The afternoon will be dedicated to more detailed interviews, giving companies the chance to get to know the most promising candidates on a deeper level. The event will conclude with a graduation ceremony for students who completed their summer programs, turning the day into a double celebration: academic achievements and new career opportunities.
