Praktika.al is a startup within the Albanian ecosystem created just over a year ago. Its progress has reached all schools, mainly vocational but not limited to them only. In a short amount of time, the team has achieved a very important objective: 5,500 registered students ready to enter the job market.
We discussed this achievement with Albina Bardhi, Chief Technology Officer at Praktika.al.
"Securing a job is a challenge for many young people in today's job market. Therefore, creating real opportunities for their future is a key goal for Praktika.al. At this moment, I am happy to share our latest success with you: Praktika.al has surpassed 5,500 students and recent graduates who have created their professional profiles on our innovative platform.
Since the beginning of Praktika.al, our goal has been to help young people find internships and gain their first work experience by providing an interactive interface between them and companies. Today, it is a pleasure to see how many young people are benefiting from this unique concept and have found real opportunities for personal and professional development.
The continually increasing number of young professionals on our platform is clear evidence that trust in Praktika.al is steadily growing. Through collaborations with leading universities in Albania such as UPT, Epoka, UBT, and many others, we have been able to help more students find excellent opportunities for their first internship or to start their professional careers.
We have not reached this point only with the help of students and graduates, but also thanks to partnerships with local companies and organizations. This interaction between students and companies is the key to our success. Our platform provides an easy and fast process for young people to explore job vacancies and apply for them, while companies benefit from a rich pool of new talents.
We are determined to offer more opportunities and valuable experiences to Albanian youth, to better prepare them for the job market, and to influence the development of our country.
On this occasion, I would like to thank all the young professionals, companies, and partners who have contributed to the growth of Praktika.al. I encourage you to continue using our platform and to share your successes with us. Together, we can build a brighter future for Albanian youth and our country.
Thank you for your continuous support," concludes Albina.
