In the fourth episode of the “Think Big” show, viewers were introduced to one of the most ambitious and transformative investments in Albania’s hospitality sector: Green Coast Hotel | MGallery Collection. Part of the international Accor network and developed in collaboration with Balfin Group, this hotel is located in the heart of Palasa, where the mountains embrace the sea and nature meets elegance to create a luxurious experience.

Gerti Boshnjaku and Eni Muça, the program hosts, conducted interviews with key figures behind the project, who shared not only insights into the hotel’s structure and offerings but also their vision for the future of luxury tourism in Albania.

Ramzy Salib, Director of Sales and Marketing, revealed that the hotel offers 131 rooms of various categories—from classic to presidential suites—all with sea views. He emphasized the importance of the location and the promotion not just of the hotel, but of the entire Green Coast destination as a luxury oasis. Ramzy shared that the hotel generated significant interest even before opening, with initial targets being promisingly met.

Artemisa Lena, Local Marketing Manager, pointed out that the Albanian market welcomed this project with enthusiasm, showing increasing interest in high-standard service and authentic experiences.

Edison Myftarago, Front Office Manager, shared details about building a hospitality culture aligned with Accor’s global standards, highlighting continuous training and a careful selection of staff—a blend of local and international expertise.

Gid Shaqiri, tourism and hospitality expert, described this investment as proof that Albania is ready to stand alongside the world’s most famous tourist destinations. He emphasized that now is the time to think big and invest in sustainable, year-round tourism.
