Startup Incubator for students in Albania, Tirana Inc. held the first bootcamp for the 10 teams selected to be trained around their business ideas.
The bootcamp was organized over three days on the premises of Polis University, one of the theme universities where prospective entrepreneurs had the opportunity to meet program mentors and other teams. During the bootcamp, the teams discussed at length with their mentors about relevant business ideas, strategies for developing their startups, as well as new collaboration opportunities.
In addition to expert mentors in the field of business, the special guest at the bootcamp was also Mrs. Sonila Abdalli, founder of Destil Creative Hub. Her story is a worthy model of success, inspiring young entrepreneurs and encouraging them to think beyond the frameworks about their innovative ideas. During the conversation with Sonila, the students of Tirana Inc shared their thoughts about startups and the challenges that businesses face in their initial stages.
After ongoing consultation with mentors and fruitful discussions over the two days, the teams presented their ideas on the third day of the bootcamp. Their ideas are related to technology, transport, health, time management and other aspects that facilitate the daily lives of citizens.
The training of the teams is intensive and lasts 100 days, aiming at consolidating business ideas and strategies for their implementation. The positive energy of students, the diversity of ideas and their practical usefulness encourages Tirana Inc. to motivate and encourage teams to realize their ideas.
