On 11–12 February 2026, Tirana will host the 4th edition of Tourism Fair Albania (TFA26), the largest trade fair dedicated exclusively to the tourism sector in Albania. The event will take place at the Palace of Congresses and will be open to the general public, while maintaining a strong B2B focus, aimed at fostering professional partnerships and structured meetings among international tourism industry stakeholders.
The fair will officially open with an Opening Ceremony on 11 February at 10:00, held in the main hall of the Palace of Congresses, in the presence of Blendi Gonxhja, Minister of Tourism, Culture and Sport, along with institutional representatives, international guests, and industry professionals.
Over the years, Tourism Fair Albania has established itself as a strategic platform for the tourism industry, bringing together tour operators, destinations, accommodation providers, DMCs, HoReCa companies, hospitality technology providers, public institutions, and international professional buyers, with a clear focus on concrete cooperation and sustainable sector development.
An International Platform with Strong Industry Impact
TFA26 will welcome 40 international buyers from more than 18 countries, including high-potential long-haul markets such as the United States, Canada, Japan, China, and Thailand, as well as key European markets including the United Kingdom, Germany, Ireland, and France. Through this platform, the fair aims to strengthen Albania’s international positioning as a year-round tourism destination, while generating new tourist flows and tangible business agreements for upcoming seasons.
Professional Programme and Strategic Discussions
Across the two days, Tourism Fair Albania 2026 will deliver a comprehensive professional programme, featuring over 15 panel discussions addressing key and current topics within the tourism sector. These include destination promotion and global positioning, hospitality technology, workforce development, interregional cooperation, service standards and quality, digitalisation of tourism processes and payments, as well as the growing role of artificial intelligence in tourism.
The panels will not only provide strategic insights, but also showcase practical experiences from leading industry experts alongside frontline professionals who contribute daily to the development of the tourism sector.
Open to the General Public
In addition to its professional dimension, Tourism Fair Albania remains open to the general public, offering a dynamic and inclusive experience. Visitors will have the opportunity to discover Albania’s and the region’s culture, traditions, and tourism offerings through destination presentations, artistic performances, and interactive activities that transform the fair into a vibrant and accessible event for all audiences.
Media Invitation
Local, regional, and international media are invited to attend and cover the Opening Ceremony, B2B meetings, professional panels, and the overall dynamics of Tourism Fair Albania 2026 throughout both days of the event.
