Deloitte and AlbaniaTech collaborated to organize a workshop on the valuation of startups for directors and founders. Deloitte's Valueise provided an overview of theoretical and practical knowledge on business valuation, a crucial process for investors, founders, and company executives seeking funding for their idea or business, considering a business sale strategy, or aiming to assess their financial health and business value.

Through a series of informative sessions, interactive discussions, and practical examples led by Deloitte Albania's Financial Advisory experts, participants had the opportunity to familiarize themselves with methodologies, factors, and different strategies that shape startup valuations and key elements contributing to the value of a startup.

Thanks to the collaboration with AlbaniaTech, the platform that brings together the Albanian startup ecosystem and innovators, the event saw participation from key actors in the ecosystem. Executives from companies and startups such as Baboon, Aladini, GreenLeaf, Ailand, Shpi.al, FlowerBox, Kungul app, Kreatix, GoTaps, Logical, Alfa Solutions, among others, along with Deloitte experts, discussed business valuation in different stages and analyzed specific valuation cases.
