If today you are looking for a story that embodies hard work, vision, and the courage to change realities, then her name is Xhoana Sita. Direct, energetic, and grounded, she doesn’t talk about success with superlatives, but with sacrifice. Because for her, success is not measured by titles, but by the dignity you give to others.

Xhoana is the founder of RE-AL Recruitment, an agency breaking taboos in the Albanian labor market by introducing contemporary international recruitment models. At a time when Albania faces a labor shortage, she has built bridges between Albania and Asian countries like the Philippines, India, and Nepal—transforming recruitment into a process based on standards, humane support, and real integration.

“Work so hard that you can set your own salary,” says Xhoana.
“If you treat the company you work for as if it were your own, people will notice. And that’s where everything begins.”

“When I was a child,” she recalls, “while others were watching Junior TV or playing with dolls, I was glued to Discovery Channel. I loved exploring. I think that’s when my desire to work with people, cultures, and movement began.”
Unsurprisingly, she later chose to live in Germany—a country of structure and order, just like her.

“I love rules. I chose a place that functions, because that’s how I function too.”

Today, RE-AL is a point of reference for Albanian businesses seeking reliable, integrated, and long-term employees. But more than that, it is a human story.

“Every mother with a newborn tells me, ‘You saved me.’ Every hotel hugs me at the end of the season and says, ‘You saved us.’ And those aren’t just words—they’re responsibilities.”

For Xhoana, every candidate has a story. And every job is an opportunity to change someone’s life.

“I want to change people’s futures. That’s my biggest wish.”

What sets RE-AL apart? Not only does the agency handle documentation, residence permits, and insurance, but it also helps workers integrate into Albanian culture—to feel respected and welcomed.

“Albanians are warm people. They make others feel at home. I knew a Filipina would feel good here. But above all, I wanted her to feel valued.”

She doesn’t hide the fact that there have been setbacks along the way. But never failure.

“Failure has never been an option. Yes, I’ve had challenges, problems, obstacles—but I’ve learned so much from them.”

Today, she works on several fronts simultaneously. Recruitment follows her even on vacation. In fact, she even recruits staff for the resorts where she stays.

“Some clients are skeptical at first. I give them a guarantee—if an employee isn’t the right fit, I replace them for free. I’ve tried to do everything myself, except sign the contracts.”

In the end, everything has a limit. And for Xhoana, that limit is called family.

“I don’t want to harm what I’ve built—my family. It’s far more important than any success.”

“I know when to put the dot on the ‘i.’ But I choose to work with empathy.”

As Albania continues opening its doors to more foreign workers, RE-AL is preparing for broader expansion in Asian markets—Hong Kong, Singapore, India, Nepal, Ghana.

“I want to stay grounded. I want to remain simple. My motto is:
‘Just do what you do well, for as long as you do it.’

Many talk about the challenges of the labor market, but Xhoana Sita doesn’t talk. She acts.
And she turns every gap into an opportunity—not just to build careers, but to turn hope into structured and honest paths.
