On April 25, 2026, the Pyramid of Tirana will host Albania Dreamin’ 2026, an international Salesforce community conference that has grown into the largest gathering of its kind in the Balkans. Now in its fifth consecutive year, the event will bring together over 300 professionals, students, and technology leaders from more than 20 countries for a full day of knowledge sharing, networking, and community building.

The conference features 30+ speakers from 18 countries — including the United States, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, India, Greece, Spain, the United Arab Emirates, Romania, Ireland, Czech Republic, Tunisia, North Macedonia, Canada, Montenegro, Cyprus, and Albania — representing organizations such as Salesforce, Capgemini, Deloitte Digital, Accenture, Infosys, HCL Tech, and The Adecco Group.

Keynote: A Salesforce VP Shares the Product Roadmap

The keynote address will be delivered by David Gardner, Vice President of Product Research & Insights at Salesforce, who will fly in from the United States. His session, “From Feedback to Features: How Salesforce Decides What to Build Next,” will offer attendees a rare inside look at how one of the world’s largest technology companies turns community feedback into product decisions. The session will include a live Q&A, giving attendees direct access to a senior Salesforce product leader.

26 Sessions Across Five Content Tracks

Under the theme “Responsible Innovation: Building the Future with AI, Data, Automation, and Community Impact,” the conference program spans 26 sessions organized across five content tracks:

  • AI & Agentforce (7+ sessions) — featuring production deployments, multi-agent orchestration, AI-driven voice journeys, and ethical AI frameworks
  • Architecture & Integrations (5 sessions) — including live org diagnostics using Salesforce Scale Center and enterprise architecture onboarding with TOGAF
  • Career, Leadership & Community (6 sessions) — covering career strategy in the AI age, Salesforce certification mastery, and storytelling for professional growth
  • Developer & DevOps (5 sessions) — exploring Vibe Coding, DevOps deployment automation, and AI-assisted development with Claude and Salesforce

10th Anniversary LEAPin Youth Leadership Summit

Running alongside Albania Dreamin’ is the 10th anniversary of the LEAPin Summit (Learn, Engage, Act, Progress), a youth leadership conference organized by LDA Europe. LEAPin brings together civic leaders, students, and young professionals for panel discussions on innovation, sustainability, mental health, and digital governance. The two conferences share the same venue and day, creating a unique intersection of technology and youth empowerment under one roof.

Free Career Fair and Certification Giveaways

The event includes a free Career Fair connecting local and regional talent with international employers in the Salesforce ecosystem. Attendees will also have the opportunity to win Salesforce certification exam vouchers, receive official certificates of attendance, and take home exclusive conference swag.

Tirana: An Emerging Tech Hub in the Balkans

Albania Dreamin’ 2026 is part of a growing trend positioning Tirana as an emerging technology hub in Southeast Europe. The conference attracts professionals from across the continent and beyond, drawn by a combination of world-class content, an affordable and welcoming destination, and one of Europe’s most visually striking conference venues — the Pyramid of Tirana, a brutalist landmark that has been reimagined as a creative and educational center.

“When professionals from Salesforce, Capgemini, and Deloitte choose to travel to Tirana to speak at a community-run conference, it sends a powerful signal about Albania’s place in the European tech ecosystem,” said Marilo Meta, Salesforce MVP and lead organizer of Albania Dreamin’. “This event proves that innovation does not only happen in London or Berlin — it happens wherever passionate communities come together.”
