AlbaniaTech, the statewide platform for tech and innovation has launched a Dealroom-powered ecosystem map in a huge hybrid event. The new platform provides intelligence on startups, innovation, investors, funding rounds, and other insights online at albaniatech.dealroom.co.
AlbaniaTech gathered partners, contributors, and supporters to showcase the benefits of the platform for the Albanian Community of Tech and Innovation. Implemented with the support of Eu for Innovation, the Albanian Startup Map will be fully accessible and free of charge for the world to see.
“In Albania, we have our Ecosystem but we needed to know who we were working for, we needed access to people and data. Who are we supporting with all these startup programs? There was no better way to achieve this than with a big international partnership that makes Albania visible on the map of European Ecosystems,” said Gerti Boshnjaku, Platform Leader of AlbaniaTech.
The ecosystem map is an open-access platform designed to facilitate data-driven policy and decision-making through the sharing of cross-industry knowledge. It will also foster the partnerships required to help the next generation of innovators succeed on the global stage.
Edona Bilali, Minister for the Protection of Entrepreneurship was invited as a guest speaker and expressed her support for the platform: “We will collaborate with together with AlbaniaTech in order to create a pool of startups and facilitators eligible for grants. The way I see it, we are one step further toward getting what the ecosystem wants.”
