Albina Peposhi, at just 15 years old, is following in the footsteps of her sister Brigite Peposhi. Albina has been oriented by Brigite towards programming since she was a little girl. Today, she won first place in the Olympiad held in Durrës named "Me and the Computer". Since the age of 12 she created games with tools such as AppInventor or Scratch. Brigite says: “I watched her with a lot of passion. She deals with web, python, java, C ++. Certainly at the levels for her age.

How was the beginning of Alba’s journey? What competitions has she been involved in?

As an active girl, Albina has participated in Albanian Skills events. Last year she participated in future gigs, organized by Albanian Skills. Her journey to the Olympics starts at school, where she was active in the computer science Olympiad. After winning there, she participated in a competition that included all schools in the city of Durres. In the Olympiad, "Me and the computer", Alba was tested in practice on the web, python, java, and c ++, where she had to choose the exercises that were given to her to be compiled by the respective editors.

What does her sister say about Alba’s achievements?

"I am really happy that Alba is following my path and I am very sure that with the steps she is taking at such a young age, she will be much more successful. Also, as a person who actively supports girls in technology, I am motivated by the fact that Alba is the girl I want to look at the next generations, introducing technology and programming at such a young age ",- says Brigite. Alba is deep in programming and spends her free time on e-learning platforms, follows programming tutorials, and develops products.
