Imagine yourself on your next trip to a European city. You want to explore the history and culture of that place and experience the city just like the locals. Here's your solution, at least if you're visiting Austria!

CityRiddler offers a personalized interactive experience, based on the interests of users. Users can choose what interests them most, the duration and location of the tour, and then the algorithm generates a unique experience for them. As part of the interaction with the app, users should discover hidden things along the way, combined with Augmented Reality technology. Also, each tour stop offers interesting information and facts prepared by the creator community.

CityRiddler aims to be the personal guide of any user looking to save hours of research on the activities a new city has to offer. Based on artificial intelligence technology, the algorithm can rely on multiple data of tourists with common interests and can make suggestions for museums, events, restaurants, and locals near your location.

This Startup started as an idea at the Technical University of Vienna, where three students were part of the "Innovation Incubation Center (I²C)" incubator. One of them is the Albanian, Deivis Shomo, who tells us that the three co-founders had similar ideas for a tourist product and managed to combine them into a single one. Over the past year, they have created several prototypes to better understand the needs and desires of users and in a few weeks, the app could be found in the App and Play Store. They have also been admitted to an incubation program provided by the Austrian state called "AWS First", where they have recently received their first financial support while being mentored by some of the most famous experts in the Austrian capital.

Finally, the startup has attracted the attention of the Austrian media. One of them is brutkasten.com. CityRiddler currently offers experiences only for the city of Vienna, but more cities will be included in the app soon. We hope and believe that Tirana will most likely be one of the upcoming cities!
