Damjan Dano is a technology entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience developing digital projects for international markets. Throughout his career, he has led teams across three continents and worked with more than 500 clients, ranging from small businesses and major telecommunications operators to Wall Street investment banks, global corporations, and internationally recognized brands.
His entrepreneurial journey began at an early age. He sold his first digital project while still in eighth grade and founded his first IT security company at just 16. He later co-founded IWM Network, a digital holding company, and in 2007 established IT.mk, which has grown into one of North Macedonia’s leading technology communities.
Today, through Aqtos.com, Dano is developing a new approach to how businesses organize and manage their operations. Its first product, BOSS*, is a business operating system designed to enable employees and AI agents to work side by side, continuously building a shared organizational knowledge base, or what the company describes as a “company brain.”
Dano is also a strong advocate for advancing Southeast Europe’s technology ecosystem. He believes the region’s IT industry must move beyond traditional outsourcing models and focus on building proprietary products, intellectual property, and higher-value solutions, particularly as Artificial Intelligence opens up new opportunities for entrepreneurs.
At AllWeb Digital Conf 2026, he will bring attention to one of the most significant shifts in business technology: the transition from using AI as a supporting tool to integrating intelligent agents directly into everyday business operations.
Another valuable perspective comes from Klaus Coka, a software and AI engineer with nine years of experience spanning software development, machine learning, automation, and platform engineering.
Klaus currently leads AI Platforms at Raiffeisen Bank Albania, where he works at the intersection of advanced AI technologies and real-world banking infrastructure.
His expertise addresses one of the most pressing challenges businesses face today: moving Artificial Intelligence beyond pilot projects and experiments toward reliable, scalable systems that deliver measurable value.
Beyond his professional role, Klaus is actively involved in strengthening Albania’s technology community. He organizes events and initiatives that bring together developers, AI practitioners, and technology enthusiasts to share knowledge, experiment, and collaborate.
He is also the creator of Albania’s first-ever LLM Battle Royale, an initiative that brought large language models and their capabilities into the spotlight within the local technology ecosystem.
For Klaus, innovation is not simply about adopting the latest technologies. It is about understanding their potential, challenging existing approaches, and finding practical ways to create meaningful impact.
