CyberSecurity for startups: How to minimise the risk of attack and land Fortune 500 clients
28 October 2021 @ 8:00 am - 5:00 pm UTC+1
If you’re a startup founder, with business or tech background, join us for the free workshop, co-organised by Raiffeisen Bank International, PreCog Security and Startit. Sign up here to get the link for accessing the workshop: https://docs.google.com/…/1FAIpQLSd3fsx…/viewform
CyberSecurity is more relevant than ever, and startups are one of the most vulnerable groups of all. If you’re a B2B startup, and especially if you’re targeting larger clients, cyber security is directly impacting your sales prospects, and security assessment is one of the key steps in your sales process.
Find out how to avoid the procurement limbo in the process of landing a big corporate client with the help from an insider from this industry. During the one hour workshop, we’ll go through the real life security questionnaire that you’ll get from your clients during the sales process, and create your security roadmap that will help you minimise the risk of cyber attacks, and pass the security compliance of clients from your industry.
Speaker:
Alex Paunic: 15 years of experience in CyberSecurity (McAfee, Intel, MxLogic), cofounder of PreCog Security, a US-based cybersecurity risk management company with global reach. PreCog Security specializes in helping startups in three areas:
a) minimise the risk of the attack (early adoption of security controls in Software Development Life Cycle – SDLC)
b) align with compliance and regulations (ISO27001, NIST 800-53, HIPAA, FinTech, GDPR)
c) help prepare for the procurement for their large clients (Fortune 500 data internal governance, legal and security mandates – third party vendor risk assessment)
