How do you build a business that grows beyond borders? How do entrepreneurs identify new opportunities, and what role will Artificial Intelligence play in shaping the future of business? These are among the key questions to be explored in an exclusive Fireside Chat with Samir Mane at AllWeb Digital Conf 2026.
Samir Mane, Founder and President of BALFIN Group, will be one of the special guests at the ninth edition of AllWeb Digital Conf, taking place on November 6 at Arka Art Hotel in Tirana, Albania.
During the Fireside Chat, Mane will share his perspectives on entrepreneurship, innovation, strategic decision-making, and the opportunities that Artificial Intelligence presents for businesses.
His entrepreneurial journey began in 1993, when he founded Alba-Trade in Vienna, a company specializing in the trade of electronic equipment. More than three decades later, that initial venture has evolved into BALFIN Group, one of Southeast Europe’s largest investment groups, comprising approximately 85 companies operating across nine economic sectors, with a presence in 13 countries throughout Europe and North America.
In 2025, Samir Mane became the first Albanian to be featured on Forbes’ World’s Billionaires list. He appeared on the list again in 2026, with Forbes estimating his net worth at $1.9 billion.
But the conversation at AllWeb will go beyond the numbers and the story of business success.
From identifying early business opportunities and building an international investment group to exploring what comes next, the discussion will examine how entrepreneurs navigate change, make decisions that shape the future, and leverage emerging technologies to create lasting value.
Mane’s participation comes as AllWeb Digital Conf embraces this year’s theme, “ALL FOR AI & AI FOR ALL,” bringing together international experts, business leaders, entrepreneurs, and professionals from the technology, marketing, and innovation sectors.
The conference will feature keynote presentations, insightful discussions, and practical demonstrations of Artificial Intelligence in action, including a unique addition to this year’s program: AI Agents taking the stage as speakers for the first time at AllWeb.
AllWeb Digital Conf 2026 will take place on November 6, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, at Arka Art Hotel – Astrit Sula Theatre, Tirana, Albania.
