The AllWeb 2026 speaker lineup continues to grow, bringing together international experts with fresh perspectives, extensive experience, and real-world stories from the worlds of business, marketing, technology, and leadership.

Following the announcement of Ivan Minić and Peter Szanto as the first two speakers of this year’s edition, AllWeb is excited to introduce its next two speakers: Kremena Yordanova, a marketing and leadership expert with experience at global brands including adidas and Reebok, and Todd Rowe, a veteran executive and Board member whose career includes leadership roles at some of Silicon Valley’s most influential companies, including Google, Apple, Adobe, and SAP.

Two very different professional journeys come together around one of the most important questions facing businesses today: how should companies lead, grow, and build trust in a world where artificial intelligence, technology, and constant change are transforming brands, teams, and customer relationships?

AllWeb 2026 will take place on November 6, 2026, in Tirana, bringing together international speakers and professionals from marketing, business, innovation, technology, and the creative industries for one intensive day of ideas, insights, and meaningful connections.

Kremena Yordanova – When Trust Becomes the Most Valuable Currency in the Age of AI

With more than 17 years of experience across global brands and high-growth companies, Kremena Yordanova operates at the intersection of strategy, marketing, and leadership.

She is a Fractional CMO, executive advisor, mentor, and keynote speaker, working with founders, CEOs, and leadership teams navigating growth, transformation, and innovation.

Throughout her career, Kremena has held leadership roles and built extensive experience within the global sporting goods industry, including with internationally recognized brands such as adidas and Reebok.

Her work focuses particularly on brand growth, digital transformation, and customer engagement. By advising executive teams, she helps organizations translate their vision and strategy into measurable business outcomes.

Leadership is also an important part of her professional philosophy. For Kremena, transformation is not simply about adopting new technologies. It requires leaders and organizations capable of adapting to change, building resilience, and balancing immediate performance with long-term impact.

Based in Amsterdam, she brings to AllWeb a perspective that connects boardroom strategy with the leadership required to succeed in a rapidly changing, AI-driven world.

At AllWeb 2026, Kremena Yordanova will take the stage with her keynote: “Digital Karma: The Future of Trust in the Age of AI.”

At a time when artificial intelligence is making it possible to produce an almost unlimited amount of content, Kremena puts something at the center of the conversation that technology cannot create quite so easily: trust.

Her concept of “Digital Karma” is based on the idea that every piece of content, every campaign, every comment, and every customer interaction leaves a lasting footprint. Over time, these interactions shape a brand’s reputation and, more importantly, its relationship with people.

In a world where everyone can produce more content, faster than ever before, competitive advantage may no longer come from volume.

The future, according to the perspective Kremena will bring to the AllWeb stage, will belong not to the brands producing the most content, but to those capable of creating the most meaningful connections and trusted relationships with people.

Todd Rowe – From Scaling a Google Business from $250 Million to $8 Billion to the Age of AI

Todd Rowe comes to AllWeb with a career built at the heart of the global technology industry. He is a veteran executive, Board member, and keynote speaker specializing in how artificial intelligence can be leveraged to scale businesses and teams through periods of hypergrowth.

Throughout his career, Todd has built and led global teams for some of Silicon Valley’s most recognized companies, including Google, Apple, Adobe, and SAP.

One of the defining chapters of his career took place at Google.

There, Todd led one of the company’s fastest-growing business units. Over a period of ten years, he helped grow the business from $250 million to $8 billion, while building and leading teams across 32 countries.

This experience has given him a first-hand perspective on one of the biggest challenges facing any ambitious organization: what happens when a business needs to scale rapidly while maintaining its ability to innovate, build effective teams, and make strong strategic decisions?

But Todd’s experience extends well beyond operational leadership.

He has served on the Boards of several successful companies across artificial intelligence, enterprise software, and data centers, advising C-level executives through major strategic decisions and multi-billion-dollar liquidity events.

Throughout his career, he has also worked with members of the U.S. Congress and foreign diplomats around the world.

Todd graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Utah and earned his MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

As a keynote speaker, he has been invited to numerous industry conferences and events across Europe, Asia, Latin America, and North America, sharing his experience and perspectives on technology, artificial intelligence, leadership, and business growth.

At AllWeb 2026, Todd brings a perspective that goes beyond the theoretical conversation surrounding AI: how technology can actually be used to build and scale the businesses, teams, and organizations of the future.

Two Perspectives on Business in the Age of Artificial Intelligence

From brand trust and reputation in the age of AI to scaling businesses and teams through technology, Kremena Yordanova and Todd Rowe bring two distinct but complementary perspectives to AllWeb 2026.

On one side is the question of how brands can preserve authenticity and trust in a world where content can be created in seconds.

On the other is the challenge of how companies can use artificial intelligence and technology not simply as new tools, but as real drivers of growth, leadership, and transformation.

This combination of marketing, business, technology, innovation, and leadership is at the heart of AllWeb.

The conference returns to Tirana on November 6, 2026, for a full day dedicated to ideas, experiences, and people who are shaping how we will build businesses, brands, and communication in the years ahead.
