Digital Day comes for the first time in Albania on November 14 in the premises of Hotel Rogner. The special guest who will present the event is Nikos Katsiantonis, trainer, mentor, and speaker for TEDx Athens. The event aims to serve as a bridge of communication between students and young people passionate about information technology and companies already operating in the IT market in Albania.
The event is organized in such a way as to allow all participating parties to benefit from it. Thus, each of the partner companies will have the space dedicated to the agenda to be presented and to bring to attention an "IT business challenge" of theirs. Approaches to these challenges will also be the focus of the group work that will be carried out by the participants. The whole process of working in groups will be supported by representatives of partner companies, who serve as "coaches" to guide the process of "design thinking" of participants. Technical support will also be present from Tech Creed staff.
Throughout the day of the event, the stands of the partner companies will be present and the participants will have the opportunity to exchange their contacts. The group work will be finalized with the selection of a winning group, by the panel of partner companies. The event also does not leave out the focus and development of "soft skills" for participants through "get to know each other" games.
The ticket, which includes the part of the closed event (presentation of companies and group work), costs 500 ALL, and for students who hold a student card, 300 ALL. After completing the application form, applicants undergo a filtration phase from where the selected candidates will undergo a preliminary interview from where the final participants will be selected.
